This place is awesome! Perfect Autumn vibes, staff are very interactive and kind. I got the Caramel Creamy Latte small 😋 for $5.50 and The Big Kahuna for $9.99. Sandwich was not good in my opinion 🤷🏽♂️ but it was also cold and I didn't eat it until I got back to my dorm. But the Latte was amazing and ill definitely be going back for more!
First time in here and I'm super impressed! Coffee was excellent, selection huge, prices comparable to Starbucks, and quality amazing. All those things are awesome but what really got me was the people working there. Knowledgeable about their products and super friendly! The barista offered to make my girls (6,8) an iced drink minus the coffee and it turned out awesome! Now I'm in trouble because the kids loved it! My cold brew was excellent! Super smooth and creamy. I actually double checked to make sure there was no dairy in it. That's how creamy it tasted! We didn't have anything but the drinks this time. If the drinks are this good I don't image anything on the menu would be bad! We'll be back!
My favorite place of all time place to get açaí bowls! Their food and drink are always so fresh, the service and employees are amazing and super sweet. I always look forward to coming here!
This place is great. I got a build your own açaí bowl and it was delicious. Prices aren’t too bad for the quality of the ingredients, and the quantity they give you definitely makes it worth it. You simply order at the kiosk and then the staff quickly prepares the food/drink for you. Overall, smooth experience in a cozy cafe.
Jordan and Angel are awesome. They have my back all the time. I’m complicated with my order. (Rolls eyes I can’t help it) lol. HOWEVER, the Ghent location has started putting both smoothie bowls and oatmeal bowls in a deep paper bowl instead of the 2 inch plastic bowl the used to come in which hold heat and cold. I know the Earth matters but this ruins them. You don’t get to get the same options for your bites because you can’t see what you’re getting. I know this seems petty but this is what reviews are for. I live within crawling distance and this has been my go to forever. I’m paying $12 for these. I wish they could figure out a way to make this make sense. I’ll post before and after’s. I know I’m not the only one complaining about the stark difference. If it’s about going green, order different bowls at least. These suck. They don’t hold temperature and they end up getting soggy because they are paper. The original black bowls were like 2.5 inches deep.
Great atmosphere. Great selection. Comfortable seating area with a relaxed vibe. I usually order online because the menu is so great. I was pleasantly surprised when I went in person. I usually get Coffee which is great but this time I got a smoothie which was also excellent. The smoothie bowls are really good too, they are always filled with fresh fruit and the presentation is beautiful. They do have a gluten free bagel option. The bagel is a little dense honestly but it's nice to have the option.
It was awesome. They tailor-made my smoothie and it was perfect. The atmosphere is really chill. The neo-soul music created ambience. And the healthy food options were/are incredible. I can't wait to go back snd try the oatmeal. Old-Norfolk/New School appeal. You and your family will love it!
B2 lox pairing the salmon with whipped avocado cream cheese plus nori flakes and sesame seeds is inspired. Truly fantastic and very reasonably priced. I loved that I could just order a half bagel. Great mix of drink options.
Tyler was great! Very personable, friendly and kind! He even gave us a sample of the bourbon coffee to try. Thanks for great customer service, we will be back!
Stopped in for an early morning breakfast date, and had a wonderful experience! It’s a quaint little place with a chill vibe where you can get healthy/savory eats and delicious caramochanut latte that made me forget about that popular chain coffee shop. The young lady who took our order “Cammy” I think,… was attentive, personable, polite and gave great customer service. Even though she had several walk-ins, grubHub & DoorDash pick ups etc,…She never seemed irritated or overwhelmed. I have frequented two cold-pressed locations in Virginia Beach, but this is my first time visiting the Norfolk location and I have to say I am pretty impressed! So much that I had to leave this review. Of all three locations our visit here today was the best! The fresh veggie sandwich was the BEST here. Unfortunately, the general booth location always gives me avocados that are nowhere near ready or ripe, which ruins the sandwich for me. Even though the Norfolk location is further away from us. We will definitely make our way back here! p.s. the music is a whole VIBE!
